Set this 6-inch rigid on the back corners of a quiet-area cart that crosses rougher floor and then has to hold, where the tall soft wheel runs silent and the brake locks the corner.

The wheel is Pemco's Thermo-Rubber donut tread on a polypropylene core: a soft grey thermoplastic rubber that rolls quiet, leaves no marks, and cushions floor seams. The tread-lock brake presses on the wheel to hold the cart still, the roller bearing carries the weight, and the tall 6-inch wheel rolls over seams and debris. The rigid fork keeps it tracking straight on a 4 by 4-1/2 inch top plate.
