Set this 8-inch E-line rigid on the braked back corner of a big straight-tracking cart, the tall fixed TPR caster whose tread lock holds the rear wheel while a precision ball bearing rolls the load smooth.

A rigid caster tracks straight, so this anchors the rear of a long cart while front swivels steer, and the tread lock clamps the wheel so the parked cart cannot roll back off a grade. The precision ball bearing runs cool and true under the E-line load, the 8-inch diameter bridges floor breaks, and the wider 2-inch Pemco TPR rubber on a polypropylene core stays soft, quiet, and non-marking.
