Set this 8-inch E-line rigid on the back corners of the biggest tow cart, the fixed TPR caster whose precision ball bearing keeps the tallest rear rolling cool while the big wheel rolls over the worst floor.
A rigid caster tracks straight, the precision ball bearing runs cool and true through a long sustained pull, and the 8-inch diameter rolls over expansion joints and broken concrete that stop a smaller rear. The 4 by 4-1/2 top plate bolts to a flat deck, and the wider 2-inch Pemco TPR rubber on a polypropylene core stays soft and quiet with no marks on a plant floor.
Ideal applications
- Back corners of the biggest tow carts
- Cool true roll over expansion joints on the tallest rear
- Long pulls that cross broken concrete straight
Skip the TPR wheel if the cart pushes the top of the E-line range or works near heat over 180°F; a TPU polyurethane or cast iron wheel runs it cooler where soft rubber gives.
