Choose this 8-inch E-line swivel for the front of the biggest tow cart that parks on a dock, the wide-tread TPR caster whose tread lock stops the tallest wheel while a precision ball bearing steers cool over the breaks.
The swivel steers the cart, the tread lock clamps the wheel so the big cart holds at a stop, and the precision ball bearing runs cool and true under the pull. The 8-inch diameter bridges expansion joints and dock plates, the 4 by 4-1/2 top plate bolts to a flat deck, and the wider 2-inch Pemco TPR rubber on a polypropylene core stays soft and quiet with no marks.

Skip the TPR wheel if the cart loads near the top of its range or works near heat over 180°F; a TPU polyurethane or cast iron caster holds firm where rubber sets.
