Choose this 4-inch swivel when an economical hard-wheel cart is braked often and needs a brake the operator can set easily with a foot.

The 5-inch cam brake carries a longer lever than a tread lock, so a tap of the foot rotates the cam to press the shoe on the wheel and releases it just as easily, which suits a cart parked many times a shift. The wheel is a USA-made polyolefin, a hard black tread that resists moisture from -45 to 180°F, the roller bearing carries a medium-heavy load, and it bolts down through the standard E-line 4 by 4-1/2 inch top plate.
