About This Caster - ET4X2PHND

Set this 4-inch total-lock phenolic swivel on the corners of a wash-down cart that has to park dead-still, where the bearing runs grease-free and the total lock pins the cart against drift.

The total lock pins the wheel and the swivel together in one pedal, so the loaded cart cannot roll or pivot once it is set. The wheel is hard resin-bonded phenolic from Pemco, resisting oil, grease, and solvent from -45°F to 250°F. The Delrin plain bearing runs maintenance-free with no grease to wash out, so it suits wash-down lines, the low 4-inch deck stays close to the floor, and the brown phenolic wheel bolts on through a 4 by 4-1/2 inch top plate.
