About This Caster - ER4X2PHND

Set this 4-inch phenolic rigid on the back corners of a wash-down or clean-line cart, where the bearing has to run without grease and the wheel still shrugs off oil and heat.

The wheel is hard resin-bonded phenolic from Pemco: it carries a heavy load on a small footprint and resists oil, grease, and solvent from -45°F to 250°F. The Delrin plain bearing runs maintenance-free and corrosion-proof, with no grease to attract grit or wash out, so it suits wash-down and clean lines where a greased bearing would foul. The rigid fork holds the line, the low 4-inch deck stays close to the floor, and the brown phenolic wheel bolts on through a 4 by 4-1/2 inch top plate.
