About This Caster - ET6X2PHND
Set this 6-inch total-lock phenolic swivel on the corners of a heavy wash-down cart that has to park dead-still on a slope, where the bearing runs grease-free and the total lock pins the cart.
The total lock pins the wheel and the swivel together in one pedal, so the loaded cart cannot roll or pivot once it is set. The wheel is hard resin-bonded phenolic from Pemco, resisting oil, grease, and solvent from -45°F to 250°F. The Delrin plain bearing runs maintenance-free with no grease to wash out, so it suits wash-down lines, the tall 6-inch wheel clears seams and debris, and the brown phenolic wheel bolts on through a 4 by 4-1/2 inch top plate.

For the easiest steer before it parks, a ball total-lock ET6X2PHNB rolls lighter than this Delrin version.
