The 6-inch diameter rolls over seams and low debris, while the narrow 1-1/2-inch face keeps the wheel lighter and easier-rolling than a 2-inch version. The Delrin plain bearing runs maintenance-free and resists corrosion for damp and wash-down service, and the hard phenolic holds up to floor oils and 180°F. With no axle grease to wash out or collect grit, it keeps rolling cleanly through routines that would foul a packed bearing. It is the clearance-without-the-weight option, so keep the load moderate.
