Choose this 4-inch phenolic wheel when a low-deck cart in a clean or damp area needs the capacity of a 2-inch tread without a bearing to grease.

The full 2-inch face puts more wheel under the load than the narrow versions, so it carries a moderate load on a low 4-inch deck, and the Delrin plain bearing runs maintenance-free and corrosion-proof for wash-down service. The hard phenolic resists shop oils and holds to 180°F, and with no bearing to grease it stays smooth through wash-down and daily cleaning. Keep the route flat; a 4-inch wheel takes effort to break over a seam.

Ideal applications

• Low clean-area carts wanting 2-inch tread, no lube
• Moderate loads on a 4-inch deck in damp spaces
• Flat-floor moves where a greased bearing would foul
