Choose this 4-inch phenolic wheel when a cart needs real load capacity on a low deck and the budget rules out a sealed-bearing poly wheel.

At 4 inches with a 2-inch tread it keeps the deck low while the hard phenolic carries far more than a soft wheel its size, which is why it is a stock replacement on in-plant carts and machine bases. The resin-and-fabric tread resists shop oils and runs to 180°F, and the roller bearing lets it haul a heavy load at a walking pace. A smaller wheel takes more effort to start over a threshold, so keep the route flat.
