Build this 8-inch wheel into a heavy platform truck that rolls over debris on a finished floor and carries a non-marking load.

The 8-inch diameter rolls over chips, hose, and floor joints that stop a smaller wheel, and the tread is polyurethane bonded to a cast iron core, so the iron core carries the highest load at this diameter while the silver polyurethane runs non-marking and protects the floor from -45 to 180°F. The wide 3-inch tread spreads the load, and the roller bearing carries it through slow, heavy travel. The tread is chemically bonded to the iron core, so it will not peel off under the heavy point loads that separate a pressed-on tyre.
