About This Caster - 120EG08229S-01

Set this 8-inch polyurethane swivel on a steering corner of the heaviest washdown cart that crosses drains and maneuvers in tight sanitary space.

The kingpinless design matters most at this size and weight: with no central kingpin to loosen, the swivel raceway is welded to the legs inside and out so it carries the heavy shock loads an 8-inch caster sees and still swivels freely. The large wheel rolls over drains and joints with the least effort, the blue polyurethane tread stays non-marking and easy-rolling, and the stainless frame resists washdown corrosion. It runs on a precision ball bearing, bolts on a 4 by 4-1/2-inch top plate at a 9-1/2-inch mount height, and holds from -40 to 180°F.
