Specify this 4-inch Performa rubber swivel with the Delrin bearing, top lock brake, and top plate for a flat-framed cart that parks at a station, the four-bolt plate that mounts solid and the brake that pins the wheel where you set it.
The top plate bolts to a flat frame for a solid mount, the top lock brake stops the wheel so the cart holds at a bench, the 4-inch Performa rubber tread cushions the load and clears thresholds, and the Delrin bearing rolls dry with nothing to grease. Confirm your bolt pattern matches the 3-5/8 by 2-1/2 inch plate before you order. It is the braked bolt-on big-wheel rubber swivel for a flat-framed cart that parks often.
