Specify this 4-inch Performa rubber swivel with the Delrin bearing, top lock brake, and oversized 4-1/8 by 3-1/8 inch plate for a heavier flat-framed cart that parks at a station, the bigger plate that spreads the load and the brake that pins the wheel where you set it.
The 4-1/8 by 3-1/8 inch plate spreads a heavier load over more steel, the top lock brake stops the wheel so the cart holds at a bench, the 4-inch Performa rubber tread cushions the load and clears thresholds, and the Delrin bearing rolls dry. Confirm your frame is drilled for the 4-1/8 by 3-1/8 inch pattern before you order. It is the oversized-plate braked big-wheel rubber swivel for a heavier flat-framed cart that parks loaded.
