The 4-1/8 by 3-1/8 inch plate covers more frame than the standard plate, so it spreads a heavier load over more steel, the 4-inch Performa rubber tread cushions the load and clears thresholds, the Delrin bearing rolls dry with nothing to grease, and the swivel steers the cart.
