About This Caster - ER4X2TPDTBK
Set this 4-inch rigid on the back corners of a quiet-area cart that rolls a finished floor and then has to hold, where the soft tread runs silent and the brake locks the corner.
The wheel is Pemco's Thermo-Rubber donut tread on a polypropylene core: a soft grey thermoplastic rubber that rolls quiet, leaves no marks, and cushions floor seams. The tread-lock brake presses on the wheel to hold the cart still, the roller bearing carries the weight under the load, and the rigid fork keeps the cart tracking straight on a low 4-inch deck close to the floor. The tread holds to 180°F.
