About This Caster - ES6X2CIR

Set this 6-inch cast iron swivel on the steering corners of an oven, foundry, or heavy plant cart that has to turn and carry a high load through heat.

The swivel lets the cart steer into a tight spot, and the solid cast iron wheel holds up from -40 to 600°F, so it keeps rolling on a bakery rack, heat-treat, or foundry line where rubber or poly would soften. At 6 inches it clears thresholds and carries a high load for an E-Line caster. The trade is a hard, noisy wheel that damages a soft floor, so it suits bare concrete. It runs on a roller bearing and bolts on a 4 by 4-1/2-inch top plate.
