About This Caster - ES8X2MOR
Choose this 8-inch mold-on rubber swivel for a cart that travels long over debris on a quiet finished floor and carries a medium-heavy load.
The 8-inch diameter rolls over chips, hose, and floor joints with little effort, holding a loaded cart's momentum down a long run, and the tread is mold-on rubber bonded to a cast iron core, so the iron core carries the load while the rubber runs quiet, leaves no marks, and cushions seams from -40 to 180°F. The rubber is bonded to the core, so it will not peel off under load or flat-spot when parked, and the roller bearing carries the load through slow travel.
Ideal applications
- 8-inch carts on long quiet runs over chips and floor joints
- Mold-on rubber holding momentum on a finished floor
- Plain 8-inch rolling corners on a medium-heavy load
For a corner that must hold the cart still, the tread-lock ES8X2MORTBK locks the wheel.
