About This Caster - ET4X2PODD
Pick this 4-inch Pemco E-Line swivel when a medium-duty cart has to run grease-free and quiet, with no bearing maintenance, and still lock down when parked.
The Delrin plain bearing is the difference: it runs without grease, stays quiet, and needs no lubrication, which suits clean areas and low-maintenance fleets where an oiled bearing would attract grime. The economical hard polypropylene wheel resists chemicals and moisture and wipes clean, and the total lock brake stops the wheel and locks the swivel with one pedal. The Delrin bearing carries lighter loads than a roller, so match it to the duty. As a hard wheel it can mark a soft floor. The compact 4-inch wheel keeps the deck low on a 5-5/8-inch mount. It serves from -45°F to 180°F.
