Set this 4-inch polypropylene rigid on a compact wash-down cart corner that rolls wet with no greasing and has to park locked.

The all-plastic build is the point in a wet bay: the Delrin acetal bearing needs no grease and cannot rust, and the tread lock brake presses a pad onto the hard polypropylene tread to stop the wheel rolling once parked, holding the cart on a grade from a rigid corner. The wheel ignores water and cleaners, and at 4 inches it keeps the deck low. It bolts on a 4 by 4-1/2-inch top plate and holds from -45 to 180°F.

If the corner only needs to roll, the plain ER4X2PODD drops the brake.
