Build this 4-inch wheel into a compact cart that carries a heavy non-marking load on a low deck.

The 4-inch diameter keeps the deck low while the cast iron core carries a high load for its size, and the red polyurethane tread runs non-marking, protects the floor, and will not flat-spot under a parked load, holding from -45 to 180°F. The 2-inch tread is narrower than the silver 3-inch wheels, which suits a tighter rig, and the roller bearing carries the load through slow travel. The chemically bonded tread resists the separation that peels a pressed-on tyre off its core under a heavy point load.
