Build this 5-inch wheel into a cart that carries a heavy non-marking load and needs more threshold clearance than a 4-inch wheel.

The extra inch of diameter clears a higher seam and rolls debris a 4-inch wheel catches, while the cast iron core carries a high load and the red polyurethane tread runs non-marking and protects the floor from -45 to 180°F. The 2-inch tread keeps the rig narrow, and the roller bearing carries the load through slow travel. The red polyurethane is chemically bonded to the iron core, so it will not peel off under the heavy point loads that separate a pressed-on tyre, and it will not flat-spot when the cart sits parked.
